Activities at Claremount Nursing Home

It is important to us that our residents can continue to enjoy the activities and lifestyle that they always have and have the opportunity to experience new activities and interests with the support of our inclusive community setting.

DAILY ACTIVITIES

Our dedicated activity co-ordinators make sure there’s plenty for everyone to enjoy at Claremount Nursing Home such as:

Reading of daily newspaper, storytelling, card games, bingo, boccia, hoops, parachute, skittles, jigsaws, painting, gardening, Sonas, Sims and relaxation therapy, music and Sing-a-longs.

Meals & Beverages

All meals are made fresh on the day of serving and choice is offered at all mealtimes.

MEAL TIMES

We accommodate all likes and dislikes and will endeavor to attend to any dietary requirements. All staff offer residents drinks and snacks at other times or as requested.

Breakfast 8.00am onwards
Morning Drinks / Fruit 11.00am
Lunch 12.00pm - 2.00pm
Afternoon Drinks / Smoothies 3.00pm
Evening Meal 4.00pm – 6.00pm
Supper 7.15pm

VISITING

Visitors are very welcome to Claremount Nursing Home.

At Claremount Nursing Home visitors are always welcome but we encourage visitors to avoid meal times if possible. We have a bright and spacious visitor’s room for families to enjoy some quality time with their loved ones in private.

We also have an enclosed garden where residents and families can enjoy.
