Claremount Nursing Home residents deserve nothing less than to be cared for by positive, caring and compassionate people who love what they do. Our trained and dedicated carers are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
CARE PROVIDED
We cater for residents who require the following care:
- Continuing care
- Convalescence/Respite
- Dementia and Palliative (based on pre-admission assessments).
- We provide 24hr nursing care.
All requests are individually assessed taking into account the level of care required. We take into consideration the care needs of our current residents and a decision is made by the Director of Nursing on whether we can provide the standard of care required for the prospective resident.
Services Provided
Claremount Nursing Home is made up of 50 ensuite bedrooms. We are currently registered for 60 residents.
FACILITIES INCLUDE
- 24 rooms in the North Wing (9 bay window rooms)
- 26 rooms in the South Wing (8 bay window rooms)
- Two Day Rooms (Day room and Blue room)
- Visitors Rooms
- Seven additional toilets of which four are wheelchair accessible
- A kitchen and dining room
- A treatments room
- A physiotherapy room
- Two nurses stations
- An office and reception area.
